Who We Are
Stephens Contracting & Developments is a family-operated sitework contractor built on generations of experience in heavy construction and underground infrastructure. Our roots date back to 1983, with experience originating in natural gas pipeline construction and evolving into today's site development operations.
We provide clearing, grading, storm drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, and complete site development services throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Our approach combines experienced field execution with an emphasis on production, safety, documentation, and quality.
